Mushroom toasts

Ingredients: 300 grs. of white mushrooms, 150 grs. of chopped cured ham, sliced bread, wheat flour, a small glass of milk, grated cheese, lemon, butter, salt, parsley and wine.

Cooking instructions: Clean and chop the mushrooms and boil them with a small amount of water, the juice from half a lemon and some salt. Drain it and keep the liquid. Melt a spoon of butter in a sauce pan and mix it with another spoon of flour. Afterwards, add the liquid we obtained when boiling the mushrooms, add a spoon of wine and the chopped cured ham . Finally add the mushrooms and put everything together on top of the toasted bread. Sprinkle the grated cheese and put it in the oven (medium temperature) for 5 or 6 minutes to obtain a dish au gratin.
