Rice roll with mushrooms

Ingredients: half a kilo (around a pound) of fresh with mushrooms, two cups of rice, three sausages, one small onion, olive oil, garlic, parsley, tomato sauce and salt.

Cooking instructions: Chop the onion and fry it. Chop the sausages and add them together with the parsley and three tablespoons of tomato sauce. Boil everything during 20 or 30 minutes. Meanwhile, boil the rice and place it on the tin to empty it out aftwerwards on a plate. In the center of the roll, we will pour the mushrooms and we'll serve it with the fried sausages.

Mushrooms from La Mancha

Ingredients: half a kilo (around a pound) of white mushrooms, 250 grs of tomatoes, one onion, two tablespoons of olive oil, some white wine, a clove of garlic, some fine herbs, pepper, parsley, salt and four eggs.

Cooking instructions: Clean and cut the mushrooms, peel them off and remove the stems. Sauté the chopped onion. Add a small glass of wine, some fine herbs, garlic and salt. After that, add the mushrooms and tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes. Let it cool down. Serve with croutons and top it with fried eggs.
