Autumn mushrooms


Autumn mushrooms - cooking with mushrooms
Ingredients: 250 grs. of white mushrooms, four steaks of yearling calf, mustard, wheat flour, butter, two onions, two glasses of white wine, two glasses of broth, tarragon, pepper, parsley, some sweet red peppers, six ripen tomatoes and some salt.

Cooking instructions: Coat the steaks in batter and brown them in butter. Take them away and then brown the onions which have been previuosly chopped. Add a tablespoon of wheat flour. Add the white wine, the broth, some tarragon and pepper and place the steaks on the skillet again. Cook them for 40 minutes. Cut the mushrooms mixed with parsley and the sweet red peppers cut in slices. Add them all to the meat when is almost done and leave everything cooking for 15 minutes. Serve everything with some baked tomatoes.
