Ingredients: Twelve medium sized white mushrooms, 300 grs of monkfish/goosefish, eight king prawns, eight cherry tomatoes, one green pepper and salt.

Cooking instructions: Carefully peel off the prawns and wash the mushrooms, the tomatoes and the pepper. Remove the bones from the fish and cut it in cubes, do the same with the pepper. Skewer everything together mixing colours and flavours. Add salt and grill it with a bit of oil.

Enjoy your meal!
